Judgement in the Federal Court re taxation of the of Denmark Community Windfarm was handed down yesterday: https://jade.io/article/569951
Briefly, it appears the grants received to partly construct the windfarm were held to be assessable income. The wonderfully picturesque views of Ocean Beach were not considered!
